To confirm your reservation, a 50 % advance of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Policy (cancellations must be emailed)

1. Within 7 days of arrival: 100 % retention of the total booking amount.
2. Within 20 days of arrival: 50 % retention of the total booking amount.
3. Early Departure: The stay is guaranteed for the full duration; early check‑out will be charged in full.
4. Natural Calamity / Government Lockdown: Bookings will be postponed to mutually agreed future dates; no monetary refund.

Note: Cancellation charges are calculated on the total booking value, not on the advance paid.

Long‑weekend bookings are non‑refundable.

Force Majeure

In the event of force‑majeure circumstances, Goldmark Resorts reserves the right to review and amend these terms and retention policies.
