Cancellation Policy

  1. Non‑Refundable, Non‑Amendable – Once a booking is confirmed, no refund or date change is permitted.
  2. No‑Show – 100 % of the total stay will be charged.
  3. Complimentary Parking – Free car parking is available on‑site.
  4. Refund Calculation
    • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival: 100 % retention.
    • Cancellations within 20 days of arrival: 50 % of the total package cost.
    • Early departures are charged in full.
    • If travel is affected by natural calamity or government lockdown, your booking will be postponed to mutually agreed future dates.

Booking Rules

  • Advance Payment – 50 % of the total amount is required to confirm a reservation; balance is due at check‑in.
  • GST on Cancellation – 18 % GST is retained from the advance when a booking is cancelled.
  • Refund Processing Time – 7‑10 working days.
  • Payment Gateway Fee – 5 % deducted for cancellations paid via credit/debit card or digital wallet.
  • Date Change – Treated as a cancellation and re‑booking.
  • Reservation Changes – Subject to availability.

Children’s Policy

  • Below 5 years: Stay free with parents.
  • 5–12 years: Charged as extra child.
  • Above 12 years: Charged as extra adult.

Additional charges or modifications must be paid using the same method as the original booking.

Hotel Policy

  • Dining – Vegetarian buffet for MAP/AP plans; non‑vegetarian dishes available à la carte only.
  • Check‑In – 2:00 PM   |   Check‑Out – 11:00 AM.
  • Identification – Government‑issued ID required for all guests, including children under 5.
  • Early/Late Check‑In/Out – Subject to availability; half‑day tariff may apply.
  • Balance Payment – 50 % due at check‑in; failure to pay may delay check‑in.
  • No Refunds – Early checkouts or no‑shows are non‑refundable.
  • Non‑Smoking Rooms – Smoking and hookah are strictly prohibited inside rooms.
  • Damage Liability – Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property.
  • Quiet Hours – No music after 10:30 PM.
  • Meal Plan – Cannot be changed after reservation.
  • Discounts – Do not apply to extra persons added at check‑in.
  • Transportation – Pick‑up/Drop available on request; charges apply.
  • Safety Protocols – Guests must follow government‑mandated sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Force Majeure – Bookings may be postponed (not refunded) in case of natural calamity or government lockdown.
  • Special Requests – Subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Driver Accommodation – Not available.
  • Pet Policy – Pets allowed with prior permission from the reservations team.
